The following content is strictly prohibited on our applications:
- CSAM: any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
- Sexually explicit material involving minors: including digitally created, AI-generated, or manipulated media.
- Grooming and predatory behaviour: any attempt to exploit, coerce, or communicate with minors in an inappropriate manner.
- Other harmful content: any image, video, or text that promotes, normalizes, or encourages child exploitation.
3. Image moderation and administrative control
To enforce this policy, the platform implements:
- Manual review by administrators: flagged or reported content is reviewed by our moderation team.
- Proactive content monitoring: administrators can remove, suspend, or report accounts involved in CSAM-related activity.
4. In-app reporting system
Users can report inappropriate or illegal content through the in-app reporting panel. Reports are handled as follows:
- Immediate action: moderators review reported content within 24 hours.
- Content removal: confirmed CSAM content is removed immediately.
- Account action: offending accounts may be suspended, banned, or reported to relevant authorities.
5. Reporting to authorities
If CSAM content is identified, we immediately report it to the appropriate legal authorities.
6. User protection and privacy
- Privacy: while protecting user privacy, we ensure CSAM policies remain enforceable under applicable legal guidelines.
- No tolerance for repeat offenders: users involved in CSAM content are permanently banned.
- Secure reporting: users can report CSAM content anonymously to protect their identity.
